Your rights as someone affected

You may exercise the following rights at any time using the contact details provided for our Data Protection Officer:

  • information about your data stored with us and how it is processed (Art. 15 GDPR),
  • rectification of incorrect personal data (Art. 16 GDPR),
  • erasure of your data stored with us (Art. 17 GDPR),

Gathering of general information during visits to our website

Type and purpose of processing:

When you access our website, i.e. in cases when you are not registering for something or providing information for other reasons, certain information of a general nature is automatically gathered. Data is erased 6 months, at the latest, after the request concerned has been processed.
If a contractual relationship arises, we are subject to the statutory retention periods set out in the German Commercial Code and will erase your data once these periods have expired.
Prescribed or required provision of data:
Your personal data is provided on a voluntary basis. However, we can only process your request if you give us your name, your email address, and the reason for your request.
