Plant planning and implementation

P-TEC plans and implements manufacturing facilities from start to finish, starting with concept studies right through to turnkey handover of the production plant. Our professional project management and systematic approach guarantees successful implementation of the plant concept we develop for you.

We believe it is not the plant that determines the location, but the location that determines the plant. That’s why we tailor all of the plant components to the individual needs of each customer. P-TEC plants can adapt perfectly to the resources available on site, guaranteeing maximum availability and efficiency.

You can expand the capacity of your plant with further stages of automation starting with a manageable initial investment. The modular nature of the production systems keeps planning and implementation time to a minimum.

The individual plant modules are perfectly coordinated, right through from the mixing system to the quality assurance and warehouse logistics of the final product. We install your plant on site and help your employees with a comprehensive training programme. On request, P-TEC will also continue to offer support even beyond commissioning, laying the groundwork for success that you can count on.

Successful execution in next-to-no time

Well-thought-out, professional planning from the outset is crucial to your company’s success. What you need is a sustainable, holistic approach to the complex relationships and customer requirements. Based on years of project and customer experience, we at P-TEC have developed a concept planning and implementation process that guarantees high quality and has proven its value in the field. This process has four stages:

Stage 1 - Research

First contact or customer request/drafting the requirement profile based on project-related conditions or a tender/inventory of the existing customer resources and country-specific conditions.

Stage 2 - Concept development

Preparation of a budget quotation to estimate the investment needed/on-site consultation/presentation or workshop on advantages and disadvantages of the various manufacturing methods taking the available resources and customer requirements into account. Analysis of the available aggregates

Stage 3 - Implementation

In this stage we determine the most efficient manufacturing method and develop a binding concept, create a manufacturing layout, the sleeper designs and all of the planning documentation required, e.g. plant and foundation blueprints, etc.

Stage 4 - Finalisation

We deliver and install the manufacturing facility, train the operating staff, deliver material to produce the prototype, start up production and support you throughout ongoing production processes.
